I received a "Failure to Contact" letter from my insurance company...
You will most likely never receive this letter from your insurance company for a claim represented by ACI Adjustment Group, however there are a handful of insurance companies who will send this letter out if they have not received a response to their correspondence within 24 hours. Rest assured that if you have received this letter, your Public Adjuster will have already spoken with the insurance company by the time the letter reaches your mailbox.
